Pastor Branson has been pastor of Village Parkway Baptist Church since February 1994. He is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas with a degree in Marketing in 1975. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity Degree in 1979 and a Doctor of Ministry Degree in 1985. He has been in the ministry since 1976 and has served churches in the San Antonio area and in the Lubbock area. He has taught for Wayland Baptist University and is currently serving as an adjunct professor for Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Jan Onstott Branson, from Fort Worth, for over 30 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Minister of Music - Malcolm Grainger - malcolmg@gvtc.com
Malcolm attended the University of South Carolina. He received his ministerial training at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received the Bachelor of Church Music degree in 1958 and a Bachelor of Religious Education in l959. He has served churches in Mississippi, Alabama and Texas. In 1999 he retired after thirty years at Castle Hills First Baptist in San Antonio. He served there as Minister of Music for twenty-two years and as Associate Pastor for eight years. Now, he and his wife Johnie of forty-six years, enjoy ministering to churches on "The Exchanged Life." The Exchanged Life is living in complete dependence upon the Life of Christ within. |  |

Doug has served as a minister of education since 1989, in San Antonio since 1993. He has earned B.A., B.S. and M.A. degrees from Northwestern State University (LA), and a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Doug and his wife Glynrose have two daughters, Hillory and Amy. His hobbies are cycling and reading.

Minister to Students - Ryan Carpenter - rcarpenter@vpbc.net
Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 with a degree in Mathematics, received his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary (where he met his wife, Carrie) in 2003, and is currently a doctoral student at the B. H. Carroll Theological Institute. Ryan traveled as a magician, worship leader, and speaker before touring with a Christian drama troupe called the Company in 2002. He has served as a student minister in Fort Worth and Round Rock and enjoys sports, fishing, the outdoors, and being Cal's dad. He is happy to serve the families of Village Parkway and invites you to come join the Village Parkway Student Ministry where you will find lasting friendships and lives that make a difference. |

Director, Preschool and Children Ministries - Debbie Hullet - debhullet@prodigy.net
Debbie made a profession of faith as a young child, and has been active in churches ever since. She became a member of Village Parkway in February 2000. She has been extremely involved in Children's ministries for many years, and has served in many areas. She has been a Nursery worker, Nursery coordinator, a Sunday School teacher to all ages from 2-year-olds to Youth, worked with VBS, MDO, and Children's choir; taught 5th/6th grade history/literature at VPCS, member of VPCS COM (chairman since 2006), and has been part of the Children's ministry for Bible Study Fellowship since 2000. She is the mother of five wonderful children, and grandmother of two adorable grandchildren. |  |

Irene has been a member of Village Parkway since l981 and has served as a Preschool Sunday School teacher, Extended Session Coordinator and as a teacher and Acting Director of the Mother's Day Out Program. Since 1999 Irene has served in various positions at Village Parkway Christian School and in 2006 became Principal. Irene and her husband John have three daughters.

Director, Mothers' Day Out - Rhonda Ezzell - rezzell@vpbc.net
Rhonda was called by the Lord to work in the MDO ministry in 1990 and has served as Director since 1994. Prior to that she taught for 4 years in the older 2 year old class. She and her husband John are natives of San Antonio and have been married for 37 years. They have three children and three grandchildren. |  |
