The highest purpose of a Christ follower is to honor and glorify God in all we do. Our starting point, then, must be a thorough knowledge and understanding of God's self-revelation in Scripture, accompanied by consistent application to our daily living.
"Worthy are you, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created." (Revelation 4:11)
"Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is One! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might." (Deuteronomy 6:4,5)

The next quarter begins on June 5. The first unit is titled Navigating Life's Storms with the biblical text coming from the prophet Jeremiah.
